Provo was wrapping up their season of Rooftop concerts (which aren't on the roof anymore) so we had a girls trip to see the Lower Lights. Celisse and I drove down and met a few other people.
Bruges Waffles was also involved.
I can't not eat this waffle if I'm nearby. It's filled with chocolate and that cream on top is amazing.
And then I had to make a healthy meal at home.
Anthony and I wanted to camp one weekend, but one or both of us was sick, so we stayed close and ventured into a canyon for a hike.
Martin and Imagin hosted a group September birthday bash, of which I was a part.
I won a gold medal at the summer Corporate Games and got a prize.
We had a team dinner outing since our remote colleague was in town - we headed to Bohemian Brewery. They threw in a birthday moment for me.
For my own birthday celebration, I had friends meet me at the Holladay food truck park. We had a lovely time.
Birthday celebrating continued the next day with a trip date, with Lacey, Katie, and Austin. We had some good pizza dinner and played a round of mini golf. Since I won the gold medal in mini golf at the Corporate Games, I'm pretty sure I won this one too.
Utah State Fair time! Anthony had Army stuff, so I met up with Adam and Dana for fried food and fun. I need more regular poutine.
Local Natives came to play. They're always so good. Except I'm old and the crowd was so annoying.
Florence from work throws a big party every year and invites the office. We headed out to her lovely place and had a really fun night. She also has the best dog - Gemma - who is just perfect.
Sunday afternoon drive in the canyon, Alpine Loop style.
Sigur Ros came to Salt Lake, which is incredible. One of the best bands I've ever seen.
We had YW one evening at the park, and it was great to be outdoors.
More September adventures to come!
